Grilled Prosciutto Thyme Caesar Salad

Add in some mushrooms! Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:

• 2 hearts of romaine, halved

• Rosemary submarine sandwich dressing for drizzling (find near the lunchmeat/deli section)

• Pinch salt and pepper

• 4 slices prosciutto

• 2 Tbsp Caesar dressing

• ½ onion, sliced

• 1 red pepper sliced (optional)

• 1 Tbsp thyme, divided

How to Cook:

Cut romaine hearts in half.

Drizzle with rosemary submarine oil (sub sandwich oil should not be confused with essential oil which is usually not edible)

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Top with prosciutto, Caesar dressing, onion, sliced pepper, thyme.

Place under broiler 5-8 minutes.
